Student applicants need to supply proof of status, and should email the Treasurer at LanguageAware@aol.com with an attachment showing the relevant documentation and await approval before sending payment.
*If the subscription rate for 2011 should subsequently be set at a higher level, an additional sum may be sought at the time of the next payment made by the member to the Association.
Note:
The Association for Language Awareness will receive information about your name, email address and card billing address. If the address you use for card billing is not the same as the one where you wish the journals or any written communication from ALA to be sent, please make this clear during the checkout process by providing a shipping address different from the billing address in the option part of the checkout site.
Privacy statement:
The Association for Language Awareness will not pass on details of members to any other organisation except as required by law, but the names and contact details of current members will be circulated among members later in 2010. If any member does not want his/her details to be circulated, he/she should notify the Treasurer in writing at the time of joining for the year.
